By accessing or using AniXo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by any policies referenced from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use AniXo only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with site operation, scrape data at abusive rates, bypass access controls, or attempt to compromise user accounts.

We may suspend or restrict access if activity appears abusive, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or to the platform itself.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

AniXo may display metadata, artwork, descriptions, comments, links, and externally sourced content. Availability may change without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or error-free service.

We may modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time as part of maintenance, compliance, or product changes.

If you post comments, notes, or other content, you remain responsible for what you submit. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, harassing, spammy, or malicious material.

By submitting content, you grant AniXo a non-exclusive right to store, display, and moderate that content for operation of the service.

AniXo may integrate with or link to third-party services, including metadata providers, authentication providers, and external streaming sources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, practices, or content of those third parties.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniXo and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, if necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of AniXo after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
